Brentwood Trace II Amenities and Conveniences

The foyer, bathrooms, and kitchen were upgraded in late 2004.  All residents are welcome to use the clubhouse for a minimal fee of $35 with a refundable $75 deposit.  The clubhouse must be cleaned after each use.  The building may be made available for rent for community activities, events, and meetings at the discretion of the Board of Managers.  The clubhouse can be reserved through the management company by calling 297.2824.

Our pool has been designated as one of the cleanest in the county by the Metro Health Department.  Please remember that the pool may be enjoyed by only two (2) guests per home at any one time.  Also, children under the age of 14 may use the swimming pool only when accompanied by an adult 18 or older.  At the beginning of each season, the property manager distributes new and dated key rings to owners whose association dues are paid current.  The current key ring must be in yours or your guests' possession while enjoying the pool.

Pest Control

Association dues include pest control.  Residents may call Belle Meade Exterminating at 373.3340 to schedule extermination appointments up to twice per year at no additional charge.

Payment by Autodraft

This is a great way to make sure that youíre never penalized $10 for late fees.  Further, itís one less thing that you have to worry about, and itís good for the Associationís cash flow!  If youíre interested in having association dues automatically deducted from your bank account, contact the property manager David Floyd for details at 297.2824 or  This service is provided to homeowners at no additional charge.

Trash Pick-up

Trash is removed from the bins each Monday and Thursday.  This service is included in your association dues.  Residents are responsible for off-site disposal of commercial waste, hazardous materials, and for any large item(s) that cannot fit into the bins.    For information on how, when, and where to dispose of such materials, visit the Metro Public Works website at
